未有一百萬美元的十個理由

如果你今天仍然唔係私人銀行0既客戶(即擁有一百萬美元以上流動資產)，理由有：

一、你浪費太多蚊年0係追求物質生活上，而冇專注建立自己0既財富，包括花費太多錢0係時裝、化妝品、旅行及購買奢侈品上。

二、你對開支冇預算，例如經常利用信用卡貨款去消費而支付高昂利息，而非等到自己有足夠蚊年才去消費。

三、你有壞習慣，包括吸煙、蒲吧、賭波、賭馬、耐唔耐去澳門。0係自己未擁有大量金錢前，早已花掉「種子錢」(Seed money)

四、你冇目標，尤其係財富目標。你寧願上網玩遊戲亦唔學財富管理。

五、你冇心理準備。例如六十年代我老曹因為未有資本，所以每天做三份工(除返證券行外，將自己投資心得寫成文章到報館發表賺稿費；從證券行放工後替人家子女補習賺錢)。

六、你太喜歡炒短線。例如用一萬元去賺三千元，用十萬元去賺一萬元，而不讓利潤往前跑，結果賺0既「細」錢，一不小心卻輸「大」錢。

七、你以為別人會為你管錢。你可以諮詢許多人?意見，但決定權仍0係自己手上，別人係唔會你0既錢做決定，因為最後得失係你自己。你損失，別人唔會賠番俾你；你賺左，亦唔會將利潤50%分俾別人。

八、你投資自己唔識0既東西。例如越南股市，我老曹去年雖睇好但冇投資，因為自己不懂。

九、你怕輸，不明白「止蝕唔止賺」道理。只要心理上準備損失15%投入資金，你已可心安理得地去投資。但太多人寧願將錢存入銀行俾通賬蠶食都唔投資，因為怕輸錢，唔明白「小財唔山，大財唔入」0既道理。

十、你根本上冇興趣擁有一百萬美元以上財富。唔少人對賺錢興趣唔大，身上只要有D錢便想辦法花掉，而冇興趣學習錢搵錢。寧願去街、睇戲、食飯、唱K，連每天睇《信報》都視為苦差，又點可賺得一百萬美元以上財產？你唔理財，財點會理你？

Interview with God

I dreamed I had an interview with God.

"So you would like to interview me?" God asked.

"If you have the time." I said.

God smiled. "My time is eternity. What questions do you have in mind for me?"

"What surprises you most about humankind?"

God answered...

"That they get bored with childhood,they rush to grow up, and then long to be children again."

"That they lose their health to make money...and then lose their money to restore their health."

"That by thinking anxiously about the future, they forget the present, such that they live in neither the present nor the future."

"To learn they cannot make anyone love them. All they can do is let themselves be loved."

醫生都很玄

中、西醫的說話內容，其實像風水佬般，都很玄，意即無從驗證，或難於驗證。

以傻四為例，醫生(西醫)在她肚內放入一個port，說可把藥從port直接注入體內，藥效更顯，不久醫生卻說，根據最新醫學報告，藥是否直接注入肚內，效力一樣。他的話是真是假，普通人如何去驗證？

又或說，西醫的話總有科學根據吧，但是，醫生遞上一份醫學報告，滿紙專業名詞，加一大堆數字，普通人又看懂幾成？最後，就如聽風水佬說話一樣，一是去相信，一是不去相信，而無法求證是真還是假。

中醫的金、木、水、火、土、陰陽等等術語，既抽像且不能量化，聽中醫解釋病理，就像在聽風水佬自圓其說，信則有，不信則無。

當病了，只可信醫生，但原來，醫生只是一個風水佬，可以呃你十年八年而你懵然不知。

真人真事 x 2

1. 地鐵怪手
不是鹹豬手！但也嚇人。
前晚，地鐵車廂內，不算擠，我倚著車廂中間的銀色圓柱，看《康和健》入神之際，霍然，左手臂一痛，立時斜睨痛處，發覺正被一隻手用力緊握，再抬頭，見那手原來屬於座位上一名男子，便即轉身面向他，四目交投，他先開聲：「有位坐！」才放手。
「下！」心裡大叫。
「有位坐！」男人說畢，便起身。
我呆了半晌，答道：「不用坐了。」
男人答道：「沒什麼，只想告訴你有空座位。」然後他走向車門，等待地鐵停下開門。
我像大肚婆？似垂垂老矣的阿公？

第二件真人真事，就是茶餐廳巧遇一身行政人員LOOK的金米枝，驚艷！
要向不識她的人補充一點，金米枝，雖貌似陳慧琳(真人真事，見過她的，都不會反對)，但她不止靚，更別具優雅氣質，身形高貴(她比我高)，艷光懾人，超塵脫俗，使人忘卻塵世俗事，更使人忘卻向她討利是。
